Ananthagiri Logo and Tagline Competition

Ananthagiri Hills logo & design competition is being conducted by the District Administration, Vikarabad. The participants have to create a logo & tagline which should resonate with the value of Ananthagiri’s rich natural, ecotourism, cultural and spiritual offerings.

Timelines and Information Details:

1. Start Date of the competition – 05th January 2024
2. Last Date to submit the entries – 29th February 2024

Announcement of Winners

1. A panel of judges appointed by the District Administration would evaluate the legit entries.
2. The decision of the panel would be final and binding.
3. The winner would be announced on the official website of the District Administration as well as other social media/print media platforms.
4. The winner would be contacted through the phone no./email ID provided at the time of registration.
5. After the declaration of results, the District Administration is entitled to all the rights of the logo and tagline.

Prize for Winners along with Certificates

 *Winners will be notified on their registered mobile number or email ID. No physical letter/document would be sent to the address provided.

 Proposed Terms & Conditions of the Competition:

1. The competition is open to all Indian Citizens including the NRI populations.
2. There are no gender or professional limitations. Children below 18 years of age need to provide their parents, school/college etc. details as well.
3. The entries are open to individuals and not groups/institutions/companies.
4. Participants can choose to submit their entries either or both for the logo and tagline.
5. One individual/participant can have a maximum of 2 entries for the logo and tagline (sent through a single email only). The same participant or email account used for multiple entries would be considered invalid.
6. The logo design is to be submitted as high-resolution quality in digital format (jpeg, .png or pdf).
7. Taglines can be in English, Hindi or Telugu (crisp and short, understandable and could be easily translated).
8. The logo and taglines should be original, free from plagiarism, and do not infringe others’ copyright or trademark ownership, or the provisions of governing acts & laws.
9. The logos and taglines should not have been previously used or published in print, digital or any other media and must not contain any objectionable, provocative, or inappropriate content.
10. By submitting their designs for logo & tagline competition, the participants agree to allow the district administration or other government departments as authorized to use the winning logo designs and taglines for promotional & branding purposes. The participants won’t be compensated for any additional purpose except the prize as decided.
11. After the declaration of results, the winning entries would be the intellectual property of District Administration, Vikarabad, and other Departments as authorized. The winners cannot exercise any right of their submitted logo or taglines, after acceptance of the prize.
12. The District Administration or any government organization would not bear the responsibility for infringements of intellectual property or copyright violations carried out by the participants.
13. The District Administration reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any given point without any prior notice.
14. The District Administration at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any entry, not to announce the winner in case no suitable entries are received.

No notification to rejected or unsuccessful entries would be provided.
